Defensive AK rifle is designed to teach you to get the absolute best performance out of your AK 47/74 platform. Starting with the basics of zeroing and shooting the AK-47 platform, this course is suitable for all levels of experience from the novice to those very comfortable. You already know how to shoot an AK-47? Great. We will teach you to fight and defend yourself and those you love with it.

In this six hour class, we will cover the AK history, basic firearms safety, nomenclature, disassembly /assembly, cleaning, loading, and unloading. You will zero your rifle for 100 meters and engage targets from 10 to 100 meters. We will review the foundational marksmanship skills (grip, stance, sight picture/alignment, trigger manipulation and more), as well as reloading under stress and manipulations for malfunctions.
