Refund Policy
There are no refunds on any course offered by Ozark Dynamics.
Ozark Dynamics will be glad to reschedule you to the next available class or credit your account the tuition paid to apply towards any other class. If you must reschedule a class, Ozark Dynamics requires a minimum of 48 hours notice in order to have your account credited tuition paid and rescheduled to the next available date.
Ozark Dynamics will reschedule you, free of charge, one time. There will be a $25 rescheduling fee for each reschedule after the first. All credit for tuition paid expires 6 months after the original scheduled date.
If a class is cancelled or rescheduled by Ozark Dynamics, LLC, any tuition paid will be credited towards another class offering of your choice.
Valid reasons to reschedule less than 48 hours prior to a scheduled class will be at the sole discretion of Ozark Dynamics, LLC.
Online Payment Security
Ozark Dynamics uses Stripe for processing credit card payments. Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1. Level 1 is the most stringent level of certification available to the payments industry. All card numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe's or Ozark Dynamics's internal servers and daemons can obtain plain text card numbers but can request that cards are sent to a service provider on a static allowlist. Stripe's infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in a separate hosting environment and doesn't share any credentials with Stripe's primary services including our API and website. Ozark Dynamics has no independent access to customer credit card numbers.
PHOTOGRAPHY & IMAGES
By participating in any event, class, training program, or gathering (herein after known as the event) hosted or sponsored by Ozark Dynamics, you understand that photography, audio and video recording may/will occur.
Your entry and presence on the event premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with Ozark Dynamics and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising. By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.
You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter the event premises.

TRADEMARKS
Ozark Dynamics, the Boudicca logo, and other marks indicated on our site are trademarks owned exclusively by Ozark Dynamics. The use of these trademarks and trade dress is prohibited if used in connection with the sale of any product that is not Ozark Dynamics, in any manner that seeks to disparage or discredit Ozark Dynamics or in any manner that may cause confusion among our customers.
COPYRIGHT
All content on this website, unless otherwise indicated, is the exclusive property of Ozark Dynamics. Said content includes text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, digital downloads, and software. Our content is protected by United States and international copyright laws and we reserve all rights contained therein. In case of dispute or infringement, we will rigorously defend our rights to this material.

LICENSE AND SITE ACCESS
Ozark Dynamics grants you, the user, a limited license to access and make personal use of this website. This license does not include the right to download or modify any material, or any portion thereof, without the express written consent of Ozark Dynamics. This license excludes the download or collection of logos, product descriptions, pricing, text, graphics, audio and video clips, and/or copying account information. This website or any portion of this website may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written permission of Ozark Dynamics.
